Transfers

Men were transferred to other units for various reasons, medical, over age, to form cadres for other units, infraction of rules, etc.

Although I do not have names of many of those who left the 242nd, these are a few names that I do know who left my battery, Battery A.  Some are names of men who were in Battery B, these names were supplied by Verne Sanders of that Battery.
